The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients and assisting medical professionals in the delivery of healthcare services. Job Description:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, and critical care units.
• Assisting medical professionals in the delivery of healthcare services, including administering medications, providing wound care, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Maintaining accurate and complete patient records, documenting all interventions and assessments.
• Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Participating in patient education initiatives and providing guidance to patients and their families on managing their health conditions.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM diploma from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with the Nursing Council of India
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts
