Airtel Asansol is currently seeking a Customer Care Service Executive to join our team in 2023. As a Customer Care Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will provide prompt and accurate information to customers, resolve their issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Salary:

  • Rs 15000-25000/-

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets set by the company on a monthly basis
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through door-to-door sales, cold-calling, and networking

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecom industry
