The Head of Service Experience will be responsible for leading and managing the Service Experience team, ensuring that we provide the best customer service to our clients in Barpeta. This will include developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience, managing customer complaints and feedback, and overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team.
