Airtel Nellore is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting quality standards.

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service across all channels, including voice, chat, email, social media, and self-service.
- Define and implement customer experience metrics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of service delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization and with external partners.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
