Key Responsibilities:

State Resource Person:

• Conduct training and awareness programs for farmers, agricultural workers, and stakeholders in the district.
• Implement and monitor various agricultural schemes and programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the district.
• Provide technical support and guidance to farmers and agricultural workers in the district.

Block Resource Person:

• Conduct field visits to assess the needs of farmers and agricultural workers.
• Organize and facilitate training programs for farmers and agricultural workers.
• Implement and monitor various agricultural schemes and programs.
• Maintain records and documentation related to the implementation of agricultural schemes and programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

State Resource Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in promoting and implementing agricultural schemes and programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local agricultural practices and crops.

Block Resource Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in promoting and implementing agricultural schemes and programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local agricultural practices and crops.
