Bank of Baroda is seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Managers to join our team in Mumbai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the bank’s retail and corporate banking business in the Mumbai region. You will be required to develop and execute sales strategies, build and manage a team of sales professionals, and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify potential business opportunities and build relationships with key clients
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales performance and market trends
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the banking industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve business targets
- Knowledge of retail and corporate banking products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
