Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  2. Assist customers in resolving their queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Provide product information and guidance to customers.
  4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and processes.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and demonstrating empathy during interactions.
  6. Document customer interactions and details of inquiries, comments, and complaints in the system.
  7. Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department for further resolution.
  8. Follow-up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed to their satisfaction.
  9. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions.
  10. Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language skills are a plus).
  2. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  5. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software applications.
  6. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  7. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
  8. Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
