We are looking for energetic and experienced telesales executives to join our growing call center team in Birbhum. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques
• Contact potential customers over the phone to pitch our products or services
• Listen to customer needs and provide relevant solutions
• Conduct follow-up calls to prospects and close sales
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and achieve team targets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
• Proven telesales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade customers to make a purchase
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of the products or services being sold
• Fluency in English and Bengali
