We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team in our call center in Darjeeling. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone, email, and chat.
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers on their inquiries, products, and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions
- Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
