We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Executive to join our call center team in Haora. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include resolving customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing product and service information.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers on their inquiries, products, and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions
• Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Achieve individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
