We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Executive for our call center in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a call center environment and must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers on their inquiries, products, and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions
• Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Achieve individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
