We are seeking to hire a Customer Care Executive for our call center located in Uttar Dinajpur. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, resolving their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and therefore, excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers on their inquiries, products, and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions
• Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Achieve individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
