Job Title: Assistant Call Centre Manager

Location: Khammam, Telangana, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Assist in managing a team of call center associates, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure exceptional performance.
  2. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Call Centre Manager to drive operational efficiency, adherence to performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Strive for excellence in customer service by monitoring and enhancing the quality of interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze call center metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed performance goals.
  5. Training and Development: Support training programs for new hires and ongoing skill development for existing team members.
  6. Escalation Handling: Assist in resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  7. Process Improvement: Contribute ideas and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to senior management regarding call center operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
