CME Pune is inviting applications for the position of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) for the year 2023. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our administrative team. As an LDC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the institution.

Job Title: Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and record keeping.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of paperwork.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
