We are seeking experienced and passionate Customer Service Executives to join our call center team in Gurgaon. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions to their problems.
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers on their inquiries, products, and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions
- Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
