Job Summary: Goa Anganwadi is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Helpers/Workers for our upcoming Bharti in 2023. The job involves providing care and support to young children and their families, with a focus on improving their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals to children and pregnant or nursing mothers
• Provide basic health and hygiene education to children and parents
• Organize and conduct activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children
• Keep records of attendance, health status, and other relevant data
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about the services provided by Anganwadi centers
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualification:

• Minimum education qualification: 10th pass

Skill:

• Good communication skills in Konkani, Marathi and English languages
• Ability to work effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy
• Willingness to work in rural and remote areas of Goa
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
