The Haryana Anganwadi Bharti 2023 is seeking to hire Helpers, Supervisors, and Workers to assist in the delivery of nutrition, health, and education services to women and children in the state of Haryana. The job responsibilities of each role are described below:

Helper:

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the Anganwadi center
• Help in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to the beneficiaries
• Support the Supervisor and Worker in organizing and conducting health check-ups for women and children
• Assist in conducting pre-school education activities for children aged 3-6 years
• Maintain records and registers as directed by the Supervisor

Supervisor:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Anganwadi center
• Monitor the work of the Workers and Helpers and provide guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular health check-ups for women and children and provide counseling and referrals where necessary
• Coordinate with the local community and stakeholders to identify the needs of the beneficiaries and plan activities accordingly
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the Anganwadi center

Worker:

• Plan and deliver pre-school education activities for children aged 3-6 years
• Provide nutrition and health education to women and children and encourage healthy behaviors
• Conduct regular health check-ups for women and children and provide counseling and referrals where necessary
• Maintain records and registers as directed by the Supervisor
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to the beneficiaries

Qualifications:

• For Helper and Worker roles, candidates must have at least a 10th-grade education and be able to read and write in Hindi
• For Supervisor role, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least 2 years of experience working with women and children
• Good communication skills in Hindi
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Experience in social work, community development, or education is preferred
• Willingness to work in rural areas and with disadvantaged communities

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary for each role will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience
• The contract will be for a period of 1 year, renewable based on performance and availability of funding
• The positions come with government benefits such as provident fund, medical insurance, and leave entitlements
