The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information about flight schedules, fares, and other airline-related services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to airline passengers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
