We are currently seeking applications for the position of Anganwadi Helper in Jharkhand Anganwadi Recruitment 2023. The Anganwadi Helper will assist the Anganwadi Worker in providing basic healthcare, nutrition, and education services to children and mothers in the local community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Anganwadi Worker in implementing the Anganwadi program and its related activities.
• Help in maintaining and updating the records related to health, nutrition, and education of the beneficiaries.
• Assist in serving meals and snacks to the beneficiaries and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the Anganwadi Center.
• Help in organizing and conducting health check-ups for the beneficiaries, including measuring weight and height, monitoring growth and development, and referring cases to the medical officer if required.
• Assist in providing early childhood education to children in the Anganwadi center through play-way methods and activities.
• Maintain good communication and cordial relations with the beneficiaries and their families, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have completed 10th or 12th standard from a recognized board.
• Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi or the local language.
• Candidates should have a passion for working with children and mothers from the marginalized communities.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of health, nutrition, and early childhood care and education.
• Candidates should be physically fit and able to carry out the duties assigned to them.

Salary and Benefits:

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary as per the Jharkhand government rules and regulations.
• The candidates will also be eligible for other benefits such as medical insurance, paid leave, and retirement benefits as per the rules and regulations of the government.
