Jio, one of India’s leading telecommunications companies, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing ones. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned territory
- Conduct door-to-door sales and cold calling to acquire new customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
