Qualification:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  Skill:

1. Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is an advantage.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
5. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
6. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Good multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
