As a Customer Care Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing accurate information about Jio products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints, issues, and escalations promptly and effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
