The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has released a notification for the recruitment of drivers and conductors in 2023. The job responsibilities include driving or conducting state-owned buses safely and ensuring passenger comfort. Other duties may include maintaining the cleanliness of the bus, collecting fares, and following traffic rules and regulations.

Educational Qualification: For the post of driver, candidates must have passed 10th grade or equivalent from a recognized board, and must have a valid driving license for heavy motor vehicles. For the post of conductor, candidates must have passed 12th grade or equivalent from a recognized board.

Age Limit: The minimum age limit for both driver and conductor posts is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 38 years. A

Selection Process: The selection process will consist of a written test and a skill test. The written test will be conducted to test the candidate’s knowledge of traffic rules and regulations, basic mathematics, and general knowledge. The skill test will be conducted to assess the candidate’s driving skills or conductor skills, depending on the post applied for.
