Responsibilities:
1. Dispensing medications and providing proper instructions to patients regarding dosage, usage, and possible side effects.
2. Maintaining accurate records of medications, supplies, and transactions.
3. Ensuring that medications are properly stored and secured.
4. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
5. Monitoring patients’ health progress and adjusting medication dosages accordingly.
6. Providing counseling and advice to patients on general health-related matters.
7. Participating in inventory management and stock control to ensure an adequate supply of medications.
8. Following legal and ethical guidelines while carrying out pharmacy duties.
9. Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
10. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized university or institution.
2. A valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
3. Prior experience as a Pharmacist in a reputed hospital or healthcare organization is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, their uses, and potential side effects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
7. Proficiency in computer applications related to pharmacy management and record keeping.
