Job Description:

Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle is seeking applications for the position of Gramin Dak Sevak. Responsibilities:

• Sort and deliver mail and packages to various locations within the assigned area
• Collect and deliver mail and packages from post boxes, post offices, and other designated locations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections
• Handle cash and make transactions at post offices as required
• Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Adhere to safety and security procedures while carrying out duties
• Assist in other postal-related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th grade education from a recognized board or university
• Knowledge of local language and dialects
• Familiarity with basic computer operations
• Physical fitness to carry and lift mail and packages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in postal or courier services is desirable but not mandatory
