• Specialist: MBBS, Post Graduation Degree/Diploma
• Epidemiologist/Entomologist: MBBS, Graduation in Ayur/Homoeo, MPH/DPH, M.Sc in Epidemiology, Post Graduation in Life Science
• Public Health Personnel: Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Health Management/Public Health Management
• Laboratory Technician: 12th, Diploma in Laboratory Technician
• Data Manager: Diploma in Computer Application/PGDCA/DOEAC, B.Sc in IT/Computer Science, BCA, Graduation

Salary:

• Specialist: Rs. 75,000/- per month
• Epidemiologist/Entomologist: Rs. 30,000 – 50,000/- per month
• Public Health Personnel: Rs. 30,000/- per month
• Laboratory Technician: Rs. 20,000/- per month
• Data Manager: Rs. 20,000 – 75,000/- per month

Age Limit: The maximum age for candidates should be 43 years as of 01-04-2023.
