NITTTR Chennai is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the position of Multi-Tasking Staff. As a Multi-Tasking Staff member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth functioning of the institute. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as file management, data entry, and record keeping.
  2. Providing support in organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  3. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, filing, and distributing documents.
  4. Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ensuring their availability when needed.
  5. Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of office spaces and common areas.
  6. Running errands and performing other duties as assigned by the superiors.
  7. Supporting faculty and staff with basic tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Candidates should have completed their 10th standard (SSLC) from a recognized board.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
  3. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications is required.
  4. Good communication skills in English and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
  5. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of performing tasks that involve lifting and moving objects.

Selection Process:
