Zomato is looking for part-time Delivery Boys to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Delivery Boy at Zomato, you will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers
• Ensure the food is delivered in a timely and efficient manner
• Verify the identity of the customer before delivering the order
• Collect cash on delivery or obtain a signature for proof of delivery
• Use the Zomato Delivery App to plan and optimize delivery routes
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries made
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained and clean
• Follow traffic rules and regulations at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10th pass or equivalent
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle
• Good knowledge of the local area and the ability to navigate using GPS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift packages up to 10kg
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
