Job Description:

Darshan Apparels  is a leading provider of diagnostic services in Pune. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to, collecting and preparing specimens, analyzing samples, and interpreting test results.

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Provident Fund, Health insurance

Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare Customer Service Representative
• Analyze test results and record findings
• Maintain accurate records of all tests and procedures performed
• Communicate test results to physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Graduate or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
