Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate government-owned vehicles, such as buses or other public transport vehicles.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users at all times.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Collect fares and issue tickets to passengers when working as a conductor.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Keep accurate records of fares collected and tickets issued.
• Follow instructions and routes provided by the transportation department.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle class.
