Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Apprentice in the Chitaranjan Railway Division. The Apprentice will work under the supervision of experienced Railway professionals and will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to Railway operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Railway maintenance and repair tasks
• Assisting with the installation and removal of Railway equipment and components
• Performing routine inspections and maintenance on Railway machinery and equipment
• Learning and following safety procedures and guidelines
• Participating in on-the-job training to develop Railway skills and knowledge
• Assisting with Railway construction projects as needed
• Performing other tasks as assigned by Railway supervisors

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform Railway tasks, including lifting and bending
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
• Must pass a background check and drug test
