As a Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining records, data entry, and performing general office tasks. As a Ticket Collector, you will be responsible for selling tickets, assisting passengers, and ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience.

Responsibilities:

Clerk:

• Maintaining records and performing data entry
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance
• Performing general office tasks such as filing and organizing documents
• Communicating effectively with other departments and team members
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all work performed

Ticket Collector:

• Selling tickets to passengers and processing payments
• Assisting passengers with their travel needs and answering questions
• Ensuring all passengers have valid tickets and are properly seated
• Ensuring safety and comfort of all passengers during travel
• Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth travel experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
