Job Summary: Rajasthan High Court is seeking applications from qualified and enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Legal Researcher. The selected candidate will work closely with the judges of Rajasthan High Court and assist them in legal research and analysis.

Job Description:

• Conducting extensive legal research on various cases and legal issues assigned by the judges of Rajasthan High Court.
• Drafting legal memoranda, opinions, and reports based on research findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in Law (LLM) with a specialization in a relevant field would be preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in legal research or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws, legal procedures, and legal research tools.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and legal research software.

Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of a written examination, followed by an interview. The written examination will test the candidate’s knowledge of Indian laws and legal research skills. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which will assess their suitability for the job.
