| Operate and maintain assigned vehicles in a safe and efficient manner | Must have a valid driving license and a clean driving record |
| Follow all traffic rules and regulations and maintain a clean driving record | Minimum of 2 years of driving experience |
| Ensure the safety of the vehicle, passengers, and cargo at all times | Familiarity with the Tamil Nadu road network |
| Load and unload goods, mail, and parcels as required | Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmission |
| Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and other necessary documentation | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills |
| Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor | Ability to work independently and as part of a team |
| Assist in the loading and unloading of goods at the post office and other locations as required | Ability to lift and carry heavy items, up to 50 pounds |
| Follow all safety procedures and protocols in the workplace | Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays |
