Responsibilities:

1. Assist in organizing career fairs and job placement events in Kolkata.
2. Conduct research on current job market trends and provide insights for career guidance programs.
3. Support the development and maintenance of NCS’s online job portal by updating job listings and assisting job seekers.
4. Collaborate with employers, educational institutions, and training providers to promote employment opportunities and skill development programs.
5. Provide counseling and guidance to job seekers on career planning, resume building, and interview preparation.
6. Assist in conducting workshops and training sessions on employability skills.
7. Collect and analyze data related to job placements, career progression, and employer feedback.
8. Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials for NCS initiatives.
9. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including employers, job seekers, and government agencies.
10. Stay updated on labor market policies, regulations, and industry developments to provide accurate information to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Proficiency in using computer applications and online platforms.
5. Knowledge of career counseling techniques and employment-related resources.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
8. Familiarity with the job market in Kolkata and the surrounding region.
9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
10. Knowledge of labor market policies, employment laws, and government initiatives is preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000 per month
